My name is Sanne Motza — a driven organiser and connector. Even as a child, I would take apart my bike to understand how things work; that curiosity for systems and processes has never left me. I started out as an art buyer at a renowned advertising agency, where I gained valuable experience in the creative field. These days, I act as the link between technical experts and end users. In my recent work, I set up new workflows and optimise existing processes, allowing my creative and organisational skills to really shine. As an independent project manager I oversee productions (photo, video, etc.) from concept to final delivery for clients such as KLM, Talpa and ANWB. I’m multidisciplinary and have experience with filming, photography, editing and post-production. This strengthens the creative process and allows me to steer projects where needed.
