I am Ethan McInerney, an award winning trumpeter and composer currently based in the UK. I have a first class degree with honours from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in the trumpet (with a dual specialism of media composition). I am a multi award-winning media composer, writing cinematic music for films, theatre, media projects and programmatic albums. Having credits on films, short films and TV (Vajra, Missed Contact, Second Chances show, From Darkness to Light, Among the Stars: Terra Firma), Theatre and touring productions (Frocks, Socks and the Orange Fox - the Arts Council England funded touring production), as well as albums and EPs (Among the Stars, Revolution, Duet, Solstice, Silent Night), I bring a professional and creative approach to all projects I work on. I have a lot of experience working with clients to deliver the best possible music solution for their projects and am able to write in a variety of styles, whether that is Western Classical, Cinematic, Indian folk, Samba, Funk or Jazz, amongst others.
