    Al Rajhi Bank, one of the largest Islamic banks globally, approached us to completely redesign their business banking platform — across both mobile and web. The existing application had become outdated, inconsistent, and difficult to navigate, particularly for users managing complex financial operations like bulk transfers, approvals, and payroll.

    Our goal was to create a modern, intuitive, and role-based user experience that would:

    Reduce complexity
    Improve speed and task completion
    Support both Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR)
    Ensure consistency across platforms and features

    The project involved redesigning over 300 screens, rebuilding navigation logic, task flows, and interaction patterns to better serve a wide range of business users — from small entrepreneurs to CFOs of large enterprises.
