Hello! I’m Benedicte Kalrud Henricks, a graphic designer also with interest in UX/UI design. I just finished my graphic design studies at Noroff School of Technology and Digital Media and am eager to get out in the real world. Despite being based in Norway, I am open for work worldwide. I have a strong passion for functional and aesthetic designs that are unique and stand out amongst competitors. I have always been a creative person, but found my love for graphic design at 16 when studying media and communication at high school. Media and Communication is a program in Norway focused on preparing students for any field within media: journalism, audio, photography, video editing, graphic design, etc. While everyone learns about these, you also choose some subjects to take a deep dive in, which for me meant Graphic Design and Photography. Through school I have worked with two different businesses to gain experience similar to the real world. At this point my work experience is working with customer service in a store where I have gained valuable knowledge about how packaging and branding affects customers' confidence in purchasing products, how and what sells products, seeing what isn’t optimal for packaging in store, problem solving skills and how to understand different customers needs as well as how the website needs to work with the physical stores for harmony.…Hello!
