My experience as a senior creative and designer is highly varied and has ranged across numerous disciplines and sectors, providing design solutions to start-ups, established and blue-chip clients around the world.
While my background, core interest and strength has been the graphic design and branding which informs and infuses my creative process, where that crosses-over and is realised as ‘experiential’ design in built-forms/ theming/ UX & motion graphics/ place-making/ graphic-environments is the territory where I find the most energy and creativity as a designer.
The projects I take on are often large, expansive and complex in nature and while the entertainment and branded-attraction sectors can appear to be somewhat more ‘casual’ in style and content, the processes and goals share much in common with those systems found in retail and commercial sectors. I continually test this by pushing materials, systems and creativity as often and as far as possible to achieve something new and exciting.
As a creative, my talent, expertise, experience and skills-set allow for a concept to production approach in realising and manifesting those ideas. As much of my work practice is autonomous and international in nature, I’m particularly interested in greater creative interaction with adventurous and progressive people, on projects where I can make a difference, add value and continue to progress creatively.
