Coordinated all marketing design elements, logistics, volunteer management, and artist communications for two major exhibitions in Muharraq Nights in collaboration with Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities. Launched an independent project “The Nest 2024” in Gufool that had 6000+ walk-ins, hosting artworks from 40+ regional artists and managing various music shows and talks in collaboration with the development team. Executed “Approaching Design” symposium attracting over 200 attendees, overseeing volunteer teams and designing event collateral. Managed three comprehensive art residency programs, overseeing a total of 20 artists across multiple cohorts and facilitated weekly critic sessions between resident artists and the curator.
