Hi! I’m Thomas Adam Billings, a passionate composer and music educator with extensive experience in composition, music theory, and music technology. I’ve had the privilege of working as an instructor and director at various institutions, guiding students through advanced aural skills, keyboard harmony, and personalized music programs. I enjoy exploring the intersection of traditional musical composition with cutting-edge electronic music and technology.
In addition to teaching, I actively compose and perform works ranging from acoustic ensembles to electronic music. I’ve collaborated with numerous ensembles and participated in residencies and festivals worldwide. My goal is to inspire creativity and foster new musical ideas both in the classroom and through my compositions.
