Conducted a survey of 38 respondents and benchmarking, identified a number of issues. Created user scenarios and wireframes, considered new features. Developed UX and UI including double balance on home screen, search, dark/light themes and more. Created an interactive prototype, conducted usability tests and eye tracking. Based on feedback, fixed bugs by adding map thumbnails and moved the theme toggle up. Results achieved: CES 'rather easy', average time per task about 30 seconds, 100% success rate.
