I first started as a Content Writer, writing various casino articles backed up by my own SEO research. Copywriter and Editor at Extremoo S.R.L.

February 28, 2023 - August 1, 2025

The position that I held supposed that I write comprehensive reviews of gambling websites, backed up by SEO related research on Google, as well as a thorough look at the respective gambling websites. Furthermore, having quite the high workload, my researching and writing capabilities had to be up to the standards, teaching me more than before how to handle deadlines, multiple objectives at the same time, and deliver quality reviews at the end of the day. Lastly, with Google often changing its optimisation patterns, I had to adapt quickly to the latest updates in the SEO industry.

Customer service representative at Webhelp

December 31, 2021 - August 1, 2025

Being a call center agent meant learning to work as fast as possible in a fast-paced environment. I was getting calls related to technology problems, order placement issues, and more. I had to adapt on the fly to any customer request since cases had to be resolved as fast as possible, and most of my work was based on efficient research on both technological and customer related matters. Hence, my research and attention skills were significantly improved, more so that my job meant multi-tasking at all times.
