Design graphics and marketing assets using Canva and AI-powered tools; create and edit content including graphics, videos, captions, and short-form posts. Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns (targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis). Manage content calendars using Loomly across multiple accounts. Use HubSpot and Mailchimp for CRM management, email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign execution. Coordinate workflows and deadlines with Trello. Track KPIs, analyze performance, and present insights/recommendations to clients. Conduct discovery meetings, follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and support onboarding.

Manage and update e-commerce websites using Shopify, including product listings and layouts. Support SEO, UX/UI, and conversion-rate improvements through data-driven insights. Work with HTML and JavaScript for site updates where needed. Support inventory, order processing, and customer support using NetSuite and OS Commerce.

Manage and grow social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube. Develop and execute campaigns to generate leads and increase sales. Coordinate with web and store teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
