Koo Zhi Yi

I am a Master’s student in Biomedical Data Science at Nanyang Technological University with a strong academic background, including a First-Class Honours Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology. With practical work experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist and as a Product Specialist, I bring a diverse skill set combining biostatistics, bioinformatics, deep learning, and microbiology expertise.

I take pride in developing innovative computational methods for biomedical applications, such as automating scRNA-seq analysis workflows and advancing cancer vaccine research. My passion is to apply cutting-edge data science and AI techniques to solve real-world biomedical problems, continuously enhancing my laboratory, programming, and analytical capabilities in dynamic healthcare and research environments.
