Lilit Hovsepyan

Led event and project coordination for Armenia’s film and cultural initiatives, including screenings, panels, and networking events. Managed end-to-end logistics, scheduling, venue coordination, guest liaison, and on-site operations for high-profile programs. Built and maintained partnerships with cinemas, festival committees, NGOs, and international organizations; supported fundraising and sponsorship outreach; and contributed to strategic planning for growth and community impact. Demonstrated strong communications and negotiation skills, analyzed challenges, and implemented creative solutions to drive engagement and attendance. Collaborated with cross-functional teams and volunteers under tight deadlines, ensuring quality execution and a positive attendee experience. While supporting programming for the UN Project and Armenia’s National Cinema Center, I developed workflows that improved efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
