Built an in-house research and research ops practice from zero. International user and market research initiatives with diverse user segments across EU markets. Built a research ops practice: tooling, compliance and data protection, document templates, research repository, user recruitment.

As an independent contractor, I work on user/UX research, market research, and competitive intelligence. I also provide full-cycle user recruitment (including niche and hard-to-reach audiences) and research ops solutions.
