"Without music, life would be a mistake." - Friedrich Nietzsche Raised in a household with parents who played 70’s classic rock ’n' roll and 80’s soul/funk, Bianca was influenced by an eclectic mix of music from an early age. Her fascination with music continued in her college years, when she became an electronic and house radio DJ at Chapman University. She graduated with a B.F.A. in Television & Broadcast Journalism. Both during and after college, she interviewed different artists and bands. Although Journalism was her primary focus in college, it was during her time at Chapman's film school that she discovered her true passion for film diving into foreign directors. The turning point for Bianca was when she watched Jean Marc Valle’s Cafe De Flore. She was touched by the brilliance of the soundtrack. It became a palpable entity in the film itself, complementing Pink Floyd’s “Breathe”, which seamlessly weaved in and out of the most poignant moments of the story. That day forward, she knew she wanted to move people by telling a story with music. The world of music supervision dawned on her, forever fusing both her life passions: music and film.
