Led and oversaw LABS across four departments (Music, Production, Public Relations, Marketing). Conceived and produced original concert series “Tiny Loft” and “Tiny CAF,” directing end-to-end production (planning, live multitrack audio recording, multi-camera video capture, mixing/mastering) across 17 sessions.
