Whether it's a commercial, short form doc, corporate explainer, short film, feature, feature length doc, TV sitcom, Mood video, Rip-O-Matic or Music promo. The story is always champ and I try and use my long experience to try and find the cleverest, funniest, succinctness way of getting that story through. Nobody has time anymore - keep it simply elegant, short and tell that story. I love music. I'll find a good soundtrack from somewhere you didn't expect and sprinkle a bit of sound design on top. You can never rerun that first viewing. The impact needs to be there. You can massage it later but it needs to hit through on the first screening.
