Hey there! My name is Jerry and I’m an Illustration Student in 3rd year at Sheridan College. I am an passionate and adaptable artist proficient in storyboards, visual storytelling, murals + other large scale paintings, and a strong sense of graphic visual style.
With years of artistic experience, I have a very developed creative proficiency in many art mediums and softwares, such as Procreate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and especially traditional work. I love to communicate through my art; my goal through my artwork is always to incite emotion whether it is touching, disturbing, or laughter.
As a very hands-on person, I have a wide variety of additional fortes. I have years of experience working with kids of all ages at many camps and teaching positions, taken many leadership roles from directing plays to managing social events, and provided creative/visual direction for short film sets. With great amounts of collaborative experience, I thrive working in a team and just as well as an individual.
On a more recreational side, I enjoy a very outdoors/active lifestyle such as camping, canoeing, working out, and swimming. I am very supportive of an enthusiastic, communicative, and sincere environment in both personal and professional atmospheres, and as an aspiring artist I would love to connect with others like me in any way there is!
