Worked on an e-commerce mobile application for a clothing brand (4F) as part of a cross-functional team of 8 (iOS, Android, Backend, QA, PM, Designer) in an Agile environment with sprint planning, estimation and cross-team collaboration. Led research and implementation of the first map-based feature using MapKit, including displaying available stores on a map and synchronizing them with the user’s current location. Designed the solution to be scalable and reusable, which later allowed the feature to be extended and reused across the app. Collaborated with Design and Backend engineers to identify inconsistencies in requirements and API behavior at an early stage, helping to prevent potential production issues and reduce rework. Worked closely with an Android developer to align cross-platform behavior and UI consistency, discussing trade-offs and proposing solutions for a unified user experience across iOS and Android.

Participated in a team-based iOS project (4-person team) using Scrum and a Kanban board. Developed several key screens in SwiftUI, proposed and drove the adoption of SwiftData as the app’s persistence layer, implemented a complete onboarding flow, and migrated the project to this database. Gained experience with MVVM+C architecture, GitFlow, code review, and tools for improving code quality (SwiftLint, basic CI/CD).
