I’m comfortable handling several social media profiles at once and keeping things organized while making sure each account still feels consistent and on-brand. I like planning content ahead of time, but I’m also used to adjusting quickly when needed depending on what’s performing or trending :) I put a lot of focus on engagement, like replying to messages and comments in a way that feels natural and keeps the audience connected to the brand. I also track performance and use that to improve content over time, rather than just posting and moving on.
