A role with a strong operations and design leadership focus, it's still about making things look good, but more about building the conditions where good work can happen consistently and at scale. The biggest project was turning an in-house department into a fully independent agency. That meant starting from scratch on design processes, asset databases, and scalable infrastructure, the unglamorous stuff that most creative teams never think about until it breaks. Workflow fixes had a real impact day-to-day. New design workflows shaved months off ramp-up time and new 3D capabilities cut approval cycles by a fifth. Notion and Gantt charts became the connective tissue keeping creative, design, and production teams in sync across different locations, less chasing, more making. The digital transformation work opened up new territory too. Bringing digital solutions into what had always been print-led deliverables pushed team output to double what it was, and earned the agency its first industry awards along the way.
