    Brief: a service business had a Google Business Profile that had grown messy over time. The service catalog was full of irrelevant items, duplicates and city-name repeats, and the contact path for booking was inconsistent. What I did: reviewed all 338 service entries and removed irrelevant items, duplicates and geographic repeats; built a new catalog of 19 core services; rewrote the profile description and the service names and descriptions; fixed the phone number, WhatsApp link and main booking path; checked attributes, photos, posts, review replies and the linked website pages; applied the changes after the owner approved them and handed over a before/after table. Result: a clean profile that matches what the business actually offers, with one clear way to book. No review manipulation or fake activity, everything within Google's rules.     Product catalog QA for a 2,000-item OpenCart store
    Brief: an online store on OpenCart had product texts in Ukrainian and Russian that were machine-translated and uploaded without review. The owner needed the catalog cleaned up before promotion. What I did: worked through the full CSV export (about 2,000 products, both languages); fixed translation errors, typos and broken text fragments; left prices, stock, SKUs and other technical fields untouched; did not guess where the data itself was contradictory (units, sizes, grit, thickness), but listed every such product with the exact conflict so the owner could confirm; prepared a list of products with missing main images. Result: a corrected CSV ready for import, a before/after comparison and a clear list of open questions.
