Led concept development and execution for Orient Retail Stores across multiple cities (Mirpurkhas, Kashmir, Sargodha, Sialkot), translating brand narratives into cohesive spatial experiences. Spearheaded the design, and execution of the Orient flagship store (Dolmen Mall, Lahore), balancing product display strategies with material exploration (wood, metal, rattan) to express brand identity. Served as team lead for a 170 sq. yard residence (Bahria Town, Karachi); coordinated with structural and MEP consultants to deliver design intent while ensuring constructability and schedule adherence. Manto Workspace proposal: Reimagination of the existing spaces around a communal core to foster collaboration and studio culture, emphasizing spatial storytelling and user experience. Conceptualized and detailed a custom product (Manto Bukhari, exploring sectional details and material combinations (metal, plywood, brass) that integrate craft sensibilities into contemporary fixtures.

Produced concept-driven designs for residential and institutional projects, integrating contextual materials and climate-responsive strategies. Designed a low-cost mosque in Okara employing vernacular brick techniques with an emphasis on natural ventilation, fenestration, and cost-effective detailing. Led the elevation design for the ICAP building (Lahore): developed a brick façade strategy with deep punctured windows to reduce solar heat gain while retaining contextual materiality. Designed a 1000 sq. yard courtyard residence, arranging communal spaces around the court to amplify social interaction and passive cooling strategies. Conceptualized floor plans and supervised elevation design for Habib Metro Bank, resolving program and brand needs within a constrained plot through clear conceptual thinking and presentation.

Contributed to interior design explorations for collaborative spaces for Alal Foods and Domino’s, preparing client presentations and design iterations. Developed executive office floor plans and 3D models for Halal Foods, integrating functional clarity with aesthetic cohesion. Produced floor plans and 3D models for a girls’ common room, focusing on comfort, usability, and spatial sequencing.
