Kristina is a marketing professional with more than 10 years of experience. She has experience as a brand ambassador, social media marketer, content creator, manager/supervisor, promotional model, model and has also worked in retail. Trade shows, in-store samplings, prestige galas, campaigns, contests, fundraisers and horse races are a few examples of events that Kristina has been responsible for activating. Kristina studied Business Marketing at Mohawk College and then later pursued her passion for yoga by completing her 500hr Yoga Teacher Training. In 2022 Kristina was hired to facilitate yoga at women’s retreats in Costa Rica for 3 months, and it was an absolute game-changer for her. She realized she was playing small, and her purpose was much bigger, so she shifted her attention from yoga to women’s retreats. Aside from hosting women’s retreats, teaching the occasional yoga class, and raising her son, Kristina works as a content creator - helping brands strengthen their following and brand recognition through affiliate marketing and paid sponsorships. Her spare time is spent with family, baking, and adventuring.
