Win Lhan Phyo

I am writing to express my interest in the Full Stack Developer Position. With over
seven years of professional experience building and optimizing scalable web applications
across diverse industries, I bring a strong combination of technical expertise,
problem-solving skills, and leadership experience that I believe aligns well with your
team’s needs.
In my most recent role at Modern Future, I have been implementing VueJS applications,
managing real-time data binding with APIs and sockets, and developing backend services
using Node.js and Golang. I also designed and deployed APIs, crawled large-scale
websites with Go (Selenium, GoQuery, GORM), and implemented mobile certificate check
APIs with Gin framework and RabbitMQ channels. These projects enhanced system
performance and reliability while supporting large-scale data handling.
Previously at MeataTeam Myanmar (Seattle Consulting Myanmar), I advanced from Junior
Web Developer to Senior Web Developer and Sub Leader. There, I developed REST APIs
with Python Flask and Django, built scalable React/Redux applications, and integrated
solutions with AWS, Google Cloud, and external APIs. I also led teams in Angular and
Node.js projects, conducted code reviews, estimated timelines, and supported junior
members. My role often required me to balance technical development with mentoring and
leadership responsibilities.
Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of technologies including
ReactJS, Angular, VueJS, NodeJS, Laravel, Django, Flask, Golang, Docker, Kafka, Redis,
Firebase, and AWS/GCP. This broad exposure allows me to adapt quickly to new stacks
and choose the most effective tools for each project.
Beyond my technical skills, I am deeply motivated by problem-solving, logical thinking, and
continuous learning. I am passionate about building applications that not only function
seamlessly but also create meaningful value for users and businesses.
I would welcome the opportunity to contribute my skills to Motion and help deliver
innovative, high-performance solutions. I am confident that my blend of technical
proficiency, leadership experience, and commitment to quality makes me a strong
candidate for this role.
Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the possibility of discussing
