I enjoy the full creative workflow—listening to clients, translating requirements into engaging concepts, and managing delivery through to print, web, and digital implementation.
Whilst working at Hazel 4D, one of my main responsibilities was to develop the brand consistently. Create new and engaging items for the sales team to use, like: specification sheets, catalogues, flyers and more literature. We also designed corporate gift items for the sales team.
Designed the packaging, leaflet, information sheets and more about the launch of this product when I was working for Hazel 4D (now part of Acopia). We've also designed the logo "Inova" that is seen on the box. The product launch was all coordinated by myself, from the name choosing, logo, the launch. Getting the print colour correct on the packaging etc.
We were working with Typhoo Tea, and Heath and Heather for an upcoming series of events accross the UK. They needed exhibition stands to be designed and produced. Our briefing for this project was to keep it as organic as possible, keep it as floral and within nature as possible. Like using wood-like materials and more.

Branding for the community music festival Dishfest. This was a community pro-bono project. It's important to me that in my work I make the time and effort to help those who might need. Design shouldn't be just about profit, but about community as well.
Branding project for a UK Chiropractor clinic based in Chester.
Lead designer and manager at the studio; responsible for onboarding new clients, generating leads, and managing the financials. Oversees social media engagement, post strategy and analytics. Liaises with clients to determine timescales and budgets, creates engaging graphics, provides design rationales, and coordinates with suppliers and printers to meet deadlines.
Owned and led a multi-disciplinary design studio. Managed end-to-end responsibilities including lead generation, client onboarding, budgeting, marketing strategy, social media planning and performance analysis, and day-to-day creative direction. Liaised with clients to define requirements, timescales and budgets; produced tailored graphics covering branding, digital design, web/UX and 3D; provided updates and incorporated feedback while explaining design decisions. Coordinated with suppliers and printers to ensure deadlines were met. Services included graphic design, illustration, web design, UX/UI, photography, social media management, marketing consultancy and 3D design.
Managed a design/marketing team, reported to CEO and Directors; planned quarterly marketing strategies, tracked KPIs, maintained brand consistency, approved creative content, managed design requests, and oversaw projects end-to-end. Designed 3D and digital solutions and provided UX improvements; liaised with suppliers and contractors.
