I'm a composer born and raised in South Korea and now based in Scotland. I have been working in the music industry for over 10 years, as a composer, audio engineer and session guitarist. While my passion is for string and orchestral music, over the years I have developed an understanding of many musical genres. My work is influenced by neo-classical Icelandic music, as well the traditional music of Brazilian and India. I'm currently experimenting with new ways to combine my heritage in traditional Korean music and instruments with Western contemporary music.
