Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns, create, publish, and manage content across social media platforms, drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead/customer acquisition, manage daily e-commerce operations (product listings, promotions, inventory), analyze marketing and sales data to generate insights, measure and report on campaign performance against ROI and KPIs, and optimize marketing spend based on trends and insights.

Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks; manage and update company database and CRM systems (lead creation and data cleaning in Zoho CRM); assist in preparing marketing reports and internal presentations; conduct research to optimize marketing campaigns; support planning and organization of key events and webinars; maintain social media content calendar and promotional events schedule; contribute creatively to social media strategies and campaigns; support PR research activities and evaluate media outlets for collaboration; assist in designing flyers, graphics, e-vites, and other marketing materials.

Conduct research on digital marketing strategies for dental practices using Meta and Google search techniques; develop marketing materials including social media content, advertising copy, and email campaigns; collaborate with the clinic team to identify operational challenges and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction; engage with potential patients through digital marketing channels and convert inquiries into appointments; promote dental services and drive patient inquiries through online channels.
