Conducted requirements assessments and content audits of existing training content to identify gaps. Designed, maintained, and delivered engaging training resources. Intensive use of eLearning authoring tools and SCORM. Administration of LMS systems (Start People and Web Integrator) for the company intranet using HTML5 and CSS.
