Co-founded a SaaS analytics platform providing delivery performance insights for software teams. Designed and optimized the data layer and Django ORM performance. Implemented Jira integration; built time-series aggregation and reporting APIs (DRF). Managed full-stack deployment (Heroku, Postgres, Sentry, Grafana) and CI/CD automation.

Led automated deployment and configuration systems for electronic and algorithmic trading platforms, reducing manual effort and risk. Served as the de facto technical lead for process improvement—driving documentation standards and coaching across teams. Owned incident response and post-mortem follow-ups for production outages. Designed health monitoring and telemetry for 3rd-party APIs; unified monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and health probes. Defined SLOs/SLIs and built automated testing and connectivity improvements for co-located infrastructure. Contributed to regulatory automation pipelines.

Developed components for internal trade-matching and order-handling systems. Gained expertise in equities, derivatives and the FIX protocol. Delivered automation and presented technical solutions across engineering teams.
