Led design and development of teawear, customised sports apparel and branded products, ensuring consistent quality and a strong brand identity across all product lines. Built the company’s visual identity and cohesive branding across social media, website, marketing materials, packaging and sponsorship assets. Managed a small design team (2 designers in 2025), delegating day-to-day work while guiding long-term creative direction. Established production systems with manufacturers to ensure reliable quality and improved delivery timelines. Designed and managed the Club Shop platform, accounting for just under 55% of total sales in 2025, enabling direct-to-consumer branded teamwear sales to clubs, students and employees. Expanded Club Shop to cover primary and secondary school PE uniforms, creating a recurring revenue stream.
