Echoes from the Nakba: A Childhood in Beit Safafa

As part of a graduate course I am currently taking in digital storytelling we were asked to create a 5 minute long piece of either fiction or documentary.

Having had the idea of recording my father’s childhood memories for years now I took this as an opportunity to do just that.

Echoes from the Nakba: A Childhood in Beit Safafa is a short documentary built around an interview I conducted with my father, in which he recounts elements of his childhood.
