I am 35 years of age and I have worked in the hospitality trade for 20 years and Sales for a year. I am now looking for a change in career, a new challenge to push myself further, with this change I am hoping to improve my life style and become a valuable asset to your organization. I am a very hard worker, that is always reliable and always puts my best efforts in to everything that I do. Due to my job role I am very good with time keeping and used to work in high pressure and stressful environments. Once a week I meet up with a group of friends and play Dungeons and Dragons, where I play as a Dungeon Master; this role has taught me to creatively and rapidly think on my feet and to become organised with planning and executing ideas. Although the role is to tell a story it has taught me how to become a mediator and to listen to many sides before executing a final decision. It has also taught me how to bring together a group of all different backgrounds and get them to work together despite these challenges. I am a father of a 4 year old daughter, named Edie and a 1 year old named Lilly. They have taught me the very valuable life skill of patience and empathy. Employment Skills: I have learned to meet many different KPIs and many different skills as well as working alongside many different types of people. I have been in charge of over 15 chefs and made sure the kitc hen runs as smoothly as possible, ensuring prep and parl des levels are adhered to, and stock is ordered and rotated. I have also been the EH O and NSF Champion, achieving outstanding cleaning and organizational standards, meaning high scores for NSF and 5* EHO results.
