    paper The Power of Pause

Life has a way of making us feel like we always need to run. Run to catch up, run to achieve, run to prove we’re not falling behind. And I’ve been guilty of that, always pushing forward, never wanting to slow down.
But while filming this, something unexpected happened. I ran across an inscription on the road surface that simply read: slow down. At first, it felt ordinary, just another marking on the ground. But in that moment, it spoke louder than anything else around me.
I realized I’ve been treating life like a sprint, forgetting that even marathons have moments of rest. Not every step needs to be fast, not every journey needs to be rushed. Sometimes slowing down is exactly what we need, to breathe, to reset, to hear ourselves again.
This short film isn’t just about running. It’s about listening. It’s about the moments when the world quietly reminds us that rest is not weakness, it’s wisdom.

‘Slow Down’ is my reminder to myself, and maybe to you too: progress isn’t only found in the rush. Sometimes, it’s in the pause.
