Loyalista is a SaaS software that adds a “Loyalty Points” feature to eCommerce platforms, helping businesses reward customers and increase loyalty. It is built with Laravel for the backend, Docker for easy management, and MySQL for secure data storage.

As a freelancer, my role in developing Loyalista includes:

Gathering Requirements: I meet with clients to understand their needs and how they want to use the loyalty points feature.

Design and Development: I create the software using Laravel, set up Docker for deployment, and use MySQL for data management.

Testing: I test the software thoroughly to ensure it works well and is free of bugs.

Client Support: I help clients integrate Loyalista into their systems and provide training on how to use it.

Challenges Faced:
