Intern - Marketing & Communications at Grand Hyatt Barcelona

During my internship, I supported the development and execution of marketing campaigns and guest experiences, creating content for social media, newsletters, and the hotel blog. I designed marketing assets with Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator, edited and published web content, and coordinated with Reservations, Sales and Revenue teams. I assisted in events and VIP guest management, maintained the content calendar, and supported social media channels to strengthen the brand’s digital presence. I collaborated with operations to ensure a cohesive guest experience and contributed to marketing materials and external communications.
