Contributed to accessory design and commercialization to strengthen aftersales engagement and customer satisfaction. Translated technical EV features into customer-facing marketing narratives, developed and maintained brand guidelines, and coordinated content production. Contributed to design work across the Roam Air electric motorcycle and supporting energy ecosystem, including component design and 3D visualization. Worked on product design for the Roam Point charging system and Roam Air battery, and supported the design of Roam Hubs battery-charging and renting stations. Designed intuitive user dashboards for Roam Canopy to translate telemetry into actionable monitoring and management interfaces. Created digital experiences across the Roam website and mobile app to support adoption among riders. Produced cohesive brand identities, marketing assets, product videos, and visual storytelling to communicate innovation, technology, and sustainable mobility.
