I’m Alex, a seasoned video editor in the NYC area. I currently serve as Lead Video Editor at a media company called Chew on This, where I produce the #4 ranked DTC podcast on the internet. I edit an average of 10+ hours of podcast and short form content weekly, which resulted in a 115% increase in impressions and 286% increase in YouTube subscribers in the first 6 months. Prior to being promoted to this position, I worked for their sister company Obvi, a 9-figure collagen supplement company. There I coordinated with the CMO to edit 30+ creatives weekly, optimized for Meta. I would evaluate best-performing ads against worst-performing ads to strengthen future ad campaigns, achieving 5-figures in spend on Meta consistently. In the years before that, I edited social media content for small businesses.
