Alexandra Zhuk

Hi, I’m Alexandra Zhuk, a Warsaw-based digital learning professional. I have been fortunate to work as an Instructional Designer in 2 successful educational start-ups in Europe. One is Business, AI and Tech–oriented, and the other one focuses on creative disciplines like audiovisuals, design, arts and digital media. For the past year we’ve been developing our AI-related course
portfolio.

I work closely with the clients and external experts to co-create c learning experiences that focus on reaching business goals. I’ve collaborated with amazing instructors, for instance ex-Tesla Senior ML Engineer, AI&ML Model Engineers, Data Analysts & Data Scientists (as well as Marketing & Communications Director of luxury fashion
brands on the creative side :)

My approach is: don’t make learners just “aware” of something. Instead I focus on what they should DO, NOT KNOW. Because performance improves when people DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY, not when they know stuff. I believe, that a well-designed training can save hundreds of hours of learner’s time and therefore an impressive amount of money for the client. If we talk about hunderds of learners – that’s a lot of time saved!
