    “The Lever with Drew Fortin” is a YouTube show, designed to challenge current thinking and highlight the impact of AI, robotics, and Web3 on the traditional employee-employer relationship and the good things they mean for the future of work.

    The show started with the first season of six episodes, and I had to select the best highlights that will engage with their audience and transform them into dynamic and engaging YouTube Shorts for their channel, while communicating consistent information.

    Goal: Select and edit interesting moments out of long-form footage for 12X short-form videos for YouTube and LinkedIn.

    Super-goal: Make the video be easy to watch and understand. Transform marketing and sales information into clear and fun insights with the help of motion graphics and 2D animations.
    I performed editorial design to curate the best moments out of a few long-form cotent. I transformed them into shorts with 2D animations and motion design with Dinos, as part of Commsor’s universe.

    I used 2D animations with Dino characters where I felt the need to create something to support the message. Something which will be visually appealing and self explanatory.
    Loved the brand’s universe and I designed suggestive set-ups using their graphic assets, and also created new graphics, making sure I am following all the branding guidelines.

    For this project, I was tasked with producing two product walkthrough videos—one in landscape format and one in vertical—for Telederm, a digital dermatology referral platform. The goal was to clearly showcase the user experience across key steps of the platform.
