Executed four service design projects addressing the needs of older adults, using human-centered design methods such as focus groups, co-creation sessions, prototyping, and usability testing, positively impacting over 30,000 older adults in Southwestern Ohio. Conducted consumer research to guide product strategies for P&G and co-led a year-long project exploring generative AI integration in UX research workflows, facilitating company-wide A/B testing, creating personas and templates, and developing a private data repository tool to streamline data management across six client organizations.
