I’m Alice (Lobalice)—a creative consultant and multidisciplinary designer on a mission to transform how people and organizations care for the planet. I believe this outer change requires inner change: shifting how we see ourselves, relate to each other, and operate within our organizations. Through strategic visual communication and human-centered design, I make these connections accessible and inspiring.

What I Do: I help businesses build sustainable brands through strategic visual identity, authentic messaging, and user-focused design. My approach combines design thinking with participatory methods to ensure your brand reflects your values and connects meaningfully with your audience.

• 10 years in visual communication design – Designed brand identities, full brand systems, and brand guidelines
• Filmmaker, Dutch Sustainable Fashion Week 2025 – Produced 13 videos for the runway show, provided website consultation, and supported live event production
• Multidisciplinary creator across film, illustration, photography, writing, and textile arts

Background & Expertise: I hold an MSc in Strategic Product Design from TU Delft, where I explored the intersection of design, technology, and human behavior through research projects. My work has spanned AI integration in design processes—from prompt engineering and machine learning to applying AI in finance, early-stage product development, and advertising campaigns. I’m particularly interested in behavioral studies and researching how emerging technologies shape human perception and decision-making.
