I tend to land in roles where marketing leadership needs a strong creative partner — someone who can shape the vision, elevate the brand, keep the work moving, and still stay deeply involved in the creative itself. That’s been a consistent thread throughout my agency and in-house experience.
I’m a creative’s creative. I’m full of ideas — not just about design, but about storytelling, presentation,
process, team culture, and how to push brands farther than they thought they could go. I love finding fresher, smarter, more unexpected ways to communicate, especially in industries that tend to play it safe.
At the same time, I’m highly organized and hands-on. I can lead the team, build the systems, manage the workflow, present the vision, and still jump into production when needed. I’m comfortable living in both the big-picture strategy world and the reality of getting the work out the door.
I also bring a lot of energy to teams. I’m naturally collaborative, upbeat, and good at building momentum. I genuinely enjoy mentoring younger creatives, helping people grow, and creating an environment where strong ideas can thrive.
