At Il Prisma [2022 - Present], I operate at the intersection of multiple teams [communication, innovation, sales, architecture, and design] ensuring consistent execution of global brand strategy across diverse touchpoints, markets [primarily EU], and audiences [investment funds, hotels, retail, corporations]. Over three years, I have:
• Introduced a new workflow process [broke internal silos and closed the gap among cross-functional teams];
• embedded a culture of branding [positioning strategy, competitive analysis, trends research, verbal identity, equity assessment, brand relevance];
• improved communication channels into traceable, measurable assets to optimize contents, editorial plans, and business strategies [+50.000 followers on Linkedin and +7% engagement rate, a lot for a B2B company];
• planned and managed cultural events with artists, philosophers, anthropologists, and sociologists;

As a Brand Strategy and Design of Spaces Lecturer [2023 - Present], exposure to younger generations grants me the privilege of sensing societal shifts early, while giving back what I’ve learned over the years to students fill in my soul.
My role at HBR [2024 - Present] allows me to exchange insights with peers on brand culture, leadership, and DEI policies.
Previously [2020–2022], I was Head of Strategy for an Italian advertising group, where I built the strategy department from scratch and oversaw five creative agencies.
From 2018 to 2020, I lived in Beijing, learning Chinese while earning my MBA at Tsinghua University and MIT Sloan. This adventure expanded my mind exponentially: mastering the world’s most difficult language while returning to academia at 34 remains one of my proudest feats.
Before this [2014-2018], I ran my own Milan-based boutique agency for four years, specializing in luxury and fashion brand strategy [clients included Gucci, Loro Piana, Tod’s Group, Gianvito Rossi]. There, I honed entrepreneurial grit and embraced true responsibility. These experiences trace back to my formative years at Interbrand [2012-2014] as a Brand Consultant, where I discovered my calling.
