BlazePlus — Internal Employee Directory & Communication Platform

A full-stack internal platform built from the ground up in raw PHP and MySQL — designed to give organizations a secure, role-aware system for employee directories, department communication, and internal admin workflows. Currently in active development, with the build documented daily on LinkedIn.

Multi-stage signup pipeline — Admin-gated onboarding flow (signup → verification → admin review) to keep the platform secure and controlled
Role-tiered visibility — Employee information and access are governed by role-based visibility rules across the platform
Department transfer requests — Built-in workflow for employees to request and manage transfers between departments
Privacy-first contact system — A contact-request system that manages cross-role privacy, so employees can connect without exposing personal details directly
Live department chat — Real-time, AJAX-polling-based chat rooms scoped to departments, with support for image/PDF uploads and built-in moderation tools
Admin dashboard — Centralized panel with multiple review queues and moderation controls for managing the platform

Built solo using PHP, MySQL, Vanilla JS, and AJAX, this project reflects a focus on solving real internal-communication and access-control problems with clean, from-scratch backend architecture — no frameworks, no shortcuts.
