During our tenure as freelance Digital Design Director, we worked with Verbal+Visual, a Shopify design agency working with e-commerce clients looking to scale and optimize their Shopify websites. We led the digital approach for VAAY - utilizing bold and impactful photography, oversize typography, accessibile and dynamic color palettes, as well as unexpected page transitions and animations to educate the German audience on this new CBD offering.

Vibey, California Coastal Email Marketing + UI/UX Design for Sustainable Menswear Brand
During our time at Outerknown, the sustainable menswear brand co-founded by pro surfer Kelly Slater, we worked with the Digital and Ecommerce teams to design, develop and produce compelling, weekly email marketing designs that increased click rates and sales conversion on the Outerknown website. We also worked on various UI/UX projects such as: Gift Guide concepts, retail partner collaborations, navigation redesign and the "its not ok" campaign that educated our audience on the state of the world's oceans.

Alongside our Web Developer, we collaborated with Maggie Wu Studio as she was transitioning her iconic line of silkwear pieces into a modern and mindful accessories brand. We created a pre-launch digital experience for her brand that helped her new audience get excited about the brand evolution, as well as a fully customized responsive Shopify website that was intuitive and incorporated a product builder app that allowed users to monogram select silk items.

In collaboration with our Web Developer and brand agency Scaling Retail, we helped Don Lucas modernize their website and CMS which hadn't been updated in over a decade. An elegant and modern, intuitive approach was added to the browsing experience, allowing customers to navigate a wide range of primary and secondary product categories, and gain product education on various stones and gems used in the designs which set this iconic brand apart from its competitors.
We also integrated a custom product builder so that users could digitally build and purchase a custom charm bracelet with different metals, chain styles and jewelry charms.

We collaborated 1-on-1 with the founders of L'audeon whose mission is to empower salon and beauty professionals to take ownership over their own businesses and client rosters with ease.
We sought to build the Uber of salon booking apps that provided ease of use for both the professionals' and their client's experience, provided professionals with integrated tools to manage, grow their business, and achieve financial freedom as well as provide the most intuitive booking app experience developed for salon and beauty industry service providers to date.
