I've grown up in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. My interest in music creating began when I was 15 years old when I started creating EDM tunes and short mash-ups (That was when I was introduced to the world of DAWs - Ableton in particular). I soon transitioned to the guitar with a friend of mine and we started doing covers of our favorite rock and metal songs. Couple of months later and at least 20 song covers, we felt we should start writing our own songs and dived into it. I could hardly say we "engineered" anything - we just played with our music ideas, recorded them on the DAW and played around a tiny bit with plugins. That, however, was my first taste of mixing, recording and producing. I was soon hooked on it and started researching on how I could get better at shaping sounds to fit my sonical ideas. All of this eventually led me to enroll in the University Of Hertfordshire where I spent 3 years studying Music Production & Audio Engineering. I honed my craft there, learned lots of skills and even got to experience mixing my music on professional gear (Neve Genesys Black and lots of classic outboard gear). The attitude of a "forever-student" is still with me. There is always something new to learn about how you can shape a sound and that is what drives me and excites me about involving myself with the creation of great music!

paper The Patrol - Composer for the show.

The Patrol is a documentary series created and produced by the Bulgarian National Radio. They show “a day in the life” of various patrol policemen on duty from the different districts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

I was the composer for the music that you hear in the background of the episodes. The producers wanted upbeat and thrill-sounding beats and tracks which sounded urban, but also a bit futuristic.
