I’ve recently relocated to Brisbane having spent the last 10 years in UX roles in London, most recently leading the UX function in a hands-on capacity at a CRO agency called Creative CX. I’ve led large scale UX research programmes for global brands, using a blend of qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover user needs, usability issues and growth opportunities across websites and mobile apps (running an average of 200+ moderated usability sessions annually). In regards to user research, my ability to connect insights directly to product strategy to ensure they drive measurable impact is an area i'm particularly proud of.
