I am a GBDA student at the University of Waterloo with a strong foundation in traditional and digital art. Having received extensive fine arts training at the Affiliated High School of the China Academy of Art, I have developed expertise in digital illustration, character design, poster design, and visual storytelling. With over 100 completed artworks and design projects, I have worked with individual clients and companies to create posters, illustrations, character artwork, and other visual materials. My experience also includes creating fan art for the Honor of Kings IP, where I was invited by the official IP Creation Team to produce character illustrations. I have received Gold Awards in international art competitions and have been accepted by both Emily Carr University of Art + Design and OCAD University based on my portfolio. Beyond my personal artistic practice, I have experience teaching children art, working directly with clients, and translating creative ideas into effective visual solutions. I am passionate about combining my artistic skills with digital media and interactive experiences, with particular interests in game art, character design, illustration, and creative technology.
