This project was a full-scale digital effort to sell out four luxury apartment buildings located right on Georgia’s beautiful seaside.
I led the digital advertising strategy for the project, overseeing everything from targeting to creative execution. Our goal was: generate high-quality leads from buyers from 12 countries genuinely interested in premium coastal living and investment opportunities.
By combining smart audience targeting with platform-specific creative and message optimization, we were able to drive exceptional visibility, strong engagement, and real sales.

This project focuses on expanding SABA’s user base and revenue through targeted digital marketing initiatives and smart growth strategies tailored for the Georgian market. My role is to lead the overall digital campaign strategy including audience targeting, creative content, and platform-specific execution.
Our main objectives are to increase active users, boost revenue, and build strong brand awareness among younger consumers, particularly Gen Z. To achieve this, I developed and executed a TikTok content strategy centered on native, platform-first storytelling that authentically connected with this audience.
By combining precise digital campaigns with culturally relevant creative, we achieved strong growth and engagement across channels.

Client’s objective was to raise awareness about environmental issues and integrate the culture of plastic collection and recycling into the daily lives of Georgian people.

One of the standout campaigns focused on voter mobilization “Changes Have Women’s Voice”, created and implemented for UN Women Georgia.
