I have worked on TheThinkLab and tested my skills as a junior animator in a movie. I have learned how important it is to be organized and keep track of everyone’s work to avoid future problems down the pipeline and in doing so you eventually see there is something to be learned from everyone if you are willing to listen these are not just my shots but everyones, every piece of feedback and retake is part of what makes the shot shine. Working with a team has taught me that it is very useful to build a healthy and caring environment so that everyone feels understood and welcome.
